Entry for the DIP Plastics 2020 Competition.
The brief was to "Design a product for the circular economy for use within an urban environment, with the majority of materials being made out of plastic."
The Bio-Ball changes the urban user's perception towards littering while reducing the detrimental impact on the environment within a circular economy.
Loose items of litter are placed in through the top rubber opening. Once full, the top white body of the product can be screwed open and the litter be emptied responsibly into the appropriate recycling bins. Screw the top body back on top once completely empty and the Bio-Ball is ready to go again and again and again.
